However, if you are interested in doing top-notch Internet marketing, forming strategies, launching our services in England, well then we should talk. Our recruitment process is quite thorough. Not as tough as Google's, but thorough. Any candidate will face three in-depth interviews and do one case interview.
We are looking for an action-oriented gentleman (female candidates are encouraged!) with great Internet marketing skills, exceptional manners and high execution skills. You need to be able get your fingers dirty in that digital mud. You know your way around Facebook, Twitter and YouTube. You have ideas regarding viral marketing both with visuals and interactive things. Maybe you have developed and executed digital strategies for another company. However, we do not think that you have previously worked in the online gambling industry, because frankly, most of our competitors suck in this area. You know how to build a successful local online marketing strategy, but also how to apply quick opportunistic tactics.
You must be over 25 years old without exceptions. Our business is a business of trust and even if we would love to try new talent, we are reluctant to say that we can not fill this position with someone younger.
You should have an interest in casino games and enjoy a least a few of them intensely, however you do not have to be a gambler. Actually, we prefer if you are not. Still, we will ask you for your favorite game during the first screening interview.
It is nice if you have some documented qualifications in marketing, but if you do not or if you never graduated because some web agency snapped you from Oxford University back in 1999, we will be interested anyway in any outstanding candidates.
You will be based in London.
The compensation package will be a combination of a base salary and a variable monthly bonus salary based on the results. The right candidate will at a successful launch gain a highly competitive compensation package. The relation between base salary and bonus will be negotiated individually.

We have a vast Internet experience and have been involved in some ten Internet companies in Sweden and elsewhere prior to starting Mr Green. Some very successful, some less. The managing director is Mr Mikael Pawlo. The idea grew in 2007 and the company was started in 2008. We launched our service in Sweden in August, 2008 and in Norway in September, 2008.
